The tribes at OCTO
In 2014, OCTO changed its internal organization by creating the concept of tribe. True to our motto There is a better way i>, we have aligned the wishes of the consultants with OCTO's growth project.
What is a tribe?
A tribe is a self-organized team of 4 to 10 people who choose to take up a common technical, methodological or sectoral challenge... Each Octo can choose to create one Or to join one.
Interest for OCTO?
This organization allows us both to reinforce our expertise on innovative topics, to build tomorrow's OCTO and to better support our clients in their transformations. Internally, it promotes R&D and learning, and allows the integration of new recruits by giving more meaning to their mission.
Interest for OCTOS?
Tribal organization promotes internal mobility. Each OCTO can thus create his individual career development path according to his desires and the evolution he wishes to give to his career.
At OCTO, we have a strong culture of continuous improvement. I am proud that OCTO values initiative and demonstrates a high level of confidence in its collaborators who wish to undertake.
